Bogdan Uscumlic

Bogdan Uscumlic is an AI Scientist at Nokia, specializing in telecommunications and machine learning. They hold a Ph.D. in Information and Communication Science and Technology from IMT Atlantique and a Master's degree in Telecommunications from the University of Belgrade. Previously, Uscumlic worked as a Research Engineer at Bell Labs, a Ph.D. student focusing on optical networks, and an Associate Professor in Machine Learning at Télécom SudParis. They are also a 3GPP SA5 Delegate for AI and a leading architect for 6G AI services.
