David Allen

David Allen is an experienced program management and consulting professional with a diverse background in telecommunications and project governance. Currently serving at Nokia since November 2020, David provides program management and consultancy services to Cloud & Network Services, delivering agile support for escalations and risk management. Prior to this role, David held various significant positions, including Director at Impactel, Senior Project Manager at Vilicom, and Senior Consultant at Detecon International, where skills in project oversight, financial management, and strategic implementation were cultivated. With earlier experience that includes Project Director roles at SSE Enterprise Telecoms and Motorola Solutions, as well as leadership in project delivery and contract management at several esteemed organizations, David has a proven track record of driving results and enhancing operational efficiency.
