Edgar Janousek

Edgar Janousek is an internationally experienced executive currently serving as the Head of Care Program Management at Nokia Networks, where they lead a team of over 30 Program Managers supporting more than 200 North American customers. With a successful history in profit and loss responsibility, Edgar has overseen complex, multi-million dollar programs and has developed customer care strategies while ensuring operational excellence. Their extensive experience includes roles as Director Care Program Manager and Project Manager at Nokia Siemens Networks, where they managed large-scale projects and improved customer satisfaction metrics. Edgar holds multiple degrees, including an MBA and a Master's in Finance from Georgia State University, and a Diplom Ingenieur in Physics from the Technical University of Vienna.
