Er Liu

Er Liu is currently the PSIRT Security Manager at Nokia Networks, where they have been since 2015, focusing on vulnerability coordination and enabling the Nokia SVM process. Prior to this role, Er worked at Nokia in various positions, including Senior Software Specialist and MME Maintenance Project Manager, where they led development and delivery efforts for Flexi NS maintenance releases. Er's career began at Tieto as a Senior Software Engineer, and they undertook research at Aalto University as a Research Scientist. Er holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Beijing Institute of Technology and Aalto University, respectively, along with a PhD in the same field from Aalto University.
