Eric Heikurinen

Eric Heikurinen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network management and technology services. Currently serving as NSP Specialist Manager at Nokia since January 2014, Eric manages a global team responsible for EMS installations and upgrades while overseeing numerous customer projects. Previously, as Sr NSP Professional Services Delivery Engineer at Nokia, Eric led the installation, migration, and upgrades of the Nokia Network Service Platform, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs. Earlier experience as a Customer Applications Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise involved troubleshooting complex network software issues and collaborating with R&D. Eric holds a Bachelor of Information Technology in Network Technology from Carleton University and an Advanced Diploma in Computer Engineering Technology from Algonquin College.
