Grace D. Rayos

Grace D. Rayos is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Head of HR for South East Asia at Nokia. With a strong background in both strategic and operational HR, they have successfully spearheaded initiatives in change management, culture building, and talent management across diverse industries including insurance, energy, oil and gas, and telecommunications. Previously, Grace held various leadership and individual contributor roles, with notable positions at Total, Globe Telecom, and AboitizPower, where they focused on improving organizational performance and aligning HR strategies with business goals. Grace holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism from the University of the Philippines.
