Harshad Khadilkar

Harshad Khadilkar currently serves as Director of Presales Engineering at Nokia since May 2022. Prior to this role, Harshad held various positions at Ericsson from 2009 to 2022, including Director/Principal of Telecom and Enterprise IT Business Solutions, where leadership involved delivering the MCPTT solution leveraging 3GPP 4G and 5G technologies. Earlier experience included managing global support and services delivery for Ericsson’s telecommunications products. Harshad holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from SMU Cox School of Business, an MSc in Computer Science Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
