Jeff Pangborn

Jeff Pangborn is an experienced engineer with a robust background in hardware engineering and design. Currently employed at Nokia since June 2021, Jeff previously served as a Member of Technical Staff (MTS) at Zyzyx from 2017. Jeff's career includes a notable tenure as Hardware Engineering Manager at Cavium from 2009 to 2017, focusing on RTL and architecture design for various product families including Nitrox and Octeon. Prior experience at Cisco Systems, spanning from 2000 to 2009, involved critical roles as a Senior Hardware Engineer and Test Engineer, where expertise was developed in designing complex ASICs for high-speed packet processing and enhancing testing methodologies. Jeff began his career as a Webmaster at Digital Pathways in the mid-1990s. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University, along with a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University.
