Nadia Beutels is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition Early Careers Europe at Nokia, where they lead a team of 17 Talent Acquisition Partners across 38 countries. Previously, Nadia held various positions, including Recruitment Team Lead at DHL Aviation Belgium and HR Manager at ALTIUS.
