Olympia Kremmyda

Olympia (Olia) Kremmyda is a seasoned software engineer currently serving as a Senior R&D Software Engineer at Nokia since April 2025. With a robust background in site reliability engineering, Kremmyda previously worked at Skroutz from June 2022 to March 2025, focusing on the migration of on-premises systems to the AWS cloud. Prior to that role, Kremmyda contributed to tooling development and microservices maintenance at Skroutz from October 2017 to June 2021, and served as a backend Ruby on Rails developer. Earlier experience includes R&D engineer roles at Nokia Networks, where contributions were made to telecommunication platforms, as well as technical support and teaching assistance positions. Kremmyda holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Ioannina and a Master's degree in Computer Technology from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon.
