Paul Baniewicz

Paul Baniewicz has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategy Business Development at Nokia since June 2002, Paul focuses on customer development and application growth within the optics business unit. Prior to this role, Paul held various executive positions at Alcatel-Lucent, including responsibilities for the North American optics business and leading business development efforts for the Alcatel Optical Network Division. Earlier in their career at Alcatel Network Systems, Paul managed the P&L for the SONET Cross-connect Business Unit and contributed significantly to product marketing and development. Educationally, Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, along with Mathematics, from Marquette University.
