Phil ZHANG

Phil Zhang possesses over two decades of experience in the telecommunications sector, specializing in optical transport networks. From March 2012 to March 2023, Phil served as the Regional Product Line Management (PLM) of IP/Optical Network at Nokia, leading product line management and sales campaigns for the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to this role, Phil held key positions at Lucent Technology Limited as a Post-Sales Engineer, Alcatel-Lucent as a Tendering Manager, and RAD Data Communications Limited as a Presales Manager, focusing on product marketing and sales within China. Phil holds a Master's degree in network security from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, obtained between 2005 and 2006.
