Relu Rusu

Relu Rusu is an R&D Director at Nokia, where they have led a team of over 100 colleagues in the development of innovative O&M solutions in 2023. Previously, they served as R&D Tribe Leader and R&D Manager, leading the Small Cells and SingleRAN organizations, and directed global product support for WCDMA in Romania. Relu began their career at Alcatel-Lucent Romania SRL as a Project Manager in the Research and Development Department, focusing on a new multi-standard product, and as a Test Team Leader overseeing functional and stress testing activities.
