Richard Crowe is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing Operations and Analytics at Nokia since January 2016, Richard leads a team focused on efficient implementation of marketing strategies and processes. Prior roles at Nokia include Acting Head of Marketing for Cloud and Network Services and Head of Product Marketing, where significant budget growth and enhanced campaign effectiveness were achieved. Prior to joining Nokia, Richard held key marketing and product management positions at Alcatel-Lucent USA Inc., Lucent Technologies, and AT&T, contributing to various marketing and business development initiatives. Richard holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Virginia, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University, and completed executive education in Strategic Marketing Communications at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
