Rosalind Tan

Rosalind Tan is the Workplace Strategy & Design Lead for Nokia Real Estate in the APAC region, bringing over 20 years of experience in innovative workplace solutions. Currently a Certified Master Performance Coach and trained facilitator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, Rosalind empowers cross-functional teams and collaborates with diverse clients. Previously, Rosalind held key positions at various organizations, including Standard Chartered Bank and Aedas, where they focused on design and project management. Rosalind holds a Bachelor of Arts in Museum and Exhibition Design from the University of Lincoln and a Diploma in Interior Architecture & Design from Temasek Polytechnic.
