Rui Freitas

Rui Freitas, PMP, has extensive experience in the field of telecommunications and project management. Initially, Rui worked as a Telecommunications Engineer at ONI Telecom and later served as an IT Manager at Netsupport. Following this, Rui transitioned to education, teaching Electronics and Telecommunications at EPPET and providing external training in Project Management at Instituto Politécnico de Tomar. Rui held various managerial roles at Nokia Siemens Networks and Coriant GmbH & Co. KG, where responsibilities included project management and system verification. Recently, Rui has taken on the role of Senior Manager in Tech Support for the EMEA region at Nokia, after a tenure as Manager of Tech Support at Infinera. Rui holds a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Universidade de Aveiro.
