Spencer Swartz

Spencer Swartz has over a decade of experience in communications, currently serving as the Head of External Communications for Cloud and Network Services at Nokia since September 2015. Prior roles at Nokia include Head of Communications for Nokia Software and International Communications Lead within Corporate Communications. Before joining Nokia, Spencer worked at Nestlé as a Senior Corporate Spokesperson and held the position of Vice President and Associate Director at Fleishman Hillard. Additional experience includes serving as a Communications and Regulatory Affairs Advisor at Neste Oil Corp and working as a Correspondent for The Wall Street Journal. Spencer earned a Master of Science in European Politics and Policy from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The George Washington University.
