Thorsten Hagedorn

Thorsten Hagedorn is a Principal Technical Leader and DMTS at Nokia, where they focus on advancing technology in 3G, 4G, and 5G networks. With a background as a Dipl.-Ing. der Nachrichtentechnik, Thorsten has held various roles since 2001, including expertise in network planning and performance evaluation. They were involved in the rollout of 3G networks in Japan and are currently engaged in the O-RAN industry initiative. Thorsten completed their vocational training in Radio and Television Technology and earned a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Communication Technology.
