Vikas Srivastava

Vikas Srivastava is a Lead Care Technical Manager with over 17 years of experience in leading teams and managing programs for the Bharti telecom network, which has been adopted by over 200 million subscribers. Vikas increased business profit margins from 55% to 70% yearly by driving effective production design and service deployment initiatives. Vikas previously held positions at Nokia, where they led the Care Technical Team, and at ZTE and NSN, where they focused on telecom engineering and core network support. Vikas holds a B.Tech in Electronics from IET, MJP Rohilkhand University, and an EGBMP in Global Business from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
