Juho Jokinen

Juho Jokinen serves as the Chief Information Officer at Nokian kaupunki – The City of Nokia since March 2021, following experience as an Information Technology Project Manager at ELY from April 2020 to March 2021. Prior to that, Juho Jokinen held the position of Senior Project Manager at Oikeusrekisterikeskus from April 2016 to April 2020, overseeing IT projects within a significant reform program for the Finnish enforcement sector. Earlier roles include Project Manager at ELY Tietohallinto from May 2009 to March 2016, and various positions at Logica, including Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Consultant from September 2001 to April 2009. Juho Jokinen began in the field as a System Designer at the Institute of Information Technology Jyväskylä and worked part-time as a taxi driver before pursuing a Master's degree in Information Systems Science from the University of Jyväskylä. Additional educational qualifications include training from Tieturi and Wakaru.
