Elisa Erkkilä

Elisa Erkkilä is a legal expert with extensive experience in corporate governance, compliance, and risk management across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Fondia Oyj since August 2023 and as a Board Member at Treston since June 2022, Elisa previously held significant roles including General Counsel at Musti Group and Neles, as well as Vice President positions at Metso, where responsibilities included compliance and risk management for multi-billion euro enterprises. Earlier experience includes leadership positions in legal affairs at CSL and PCCW, along with a foundation in intellectual property law gained during time at Alban Tay Mahtani & DeSilva. Elisa holds an MCL in Intellectual Property Law from the National University of Singapore and an LLM from the University of Helsinki.
