Emma Varis

Emma Roiha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee communications and project management. Currently serving as Employee Communications Manager at Nokian Tyres plc since November 2021, Emma has also held the role of Employee Communications Specialist. Prior to this, Emma worked as a Project Manager and Kasvu Open Specialist at Aava & Bang Oy from January 2018 to December 2021, where responsibilities included developing growth company programs and managing internal communications for Finnish SMEs. Emma began their career with roles in project coordination, graphic design, and various customer service positions while pursuing a Master of Science in Economics at Jyväskylä University School of Business and Economics from 2014 to 2019.
