Juha Hietalahti

Juha Hietalahti has extensive work experience at Nokian Tyres plc. Juha began their career in 2004 as a Production Worker. In 2010, they worked as a Thesis Worker for six months before becoming a Purchasing Officer, a role they held until 2012. From 2012 to 2018, Juha served as a Purchasing Manager, overseeing the strategic procurement of raw material categories and managing the supplier quality and development function. In 2018, they were promoted to Procurement Director, Raw Materials, where they led and developed global direct strategic procurement, supervising four global category managers. Currently, Juha holds the position of Vice President, Procurement (CPO) at Nokian Tyres plc.

Juha Hietalahti obtained their MSc in Economics and Business Administration in the field of Supply and Purchasing Management from LUT University between 2006 and 2010. Juha later pursued a Johtamisen Erikoisammattitutkinto in Organizational Leadership from AEL, which they completed between 2016 and 2018. Prior to these, Juha Hietalahti attended Tampere University of Technology from 2000 to 2006, where they focused on Industrial Engineering.
