Petri Rantala

Petri Rantala has a strong work experience in quality and process management. Petri worked as the Head of Product Excellence at Nokian Tyres plc, where they were responsible for establishing and developing systematic process management for product lifecycle. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Quality & HSE at Metso, where they led the global quality and health, safety, and environment efforts for the Minerals Consumables business area. Petri has also held leadership positions at Danfoss Drives and Vacon Ltd, focusing on quality data development, continuous improvement, and Lean Six Sigma deployment. Petri Rantala has extensive experience in product development, quality tools, and process improvements.

Petri Rantala has a strong educational background in the field of electronics and quality management. In 1999, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Embedded Electronics and data communications from Vaasa Institute of Technology. In 1998, they also earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Communication And Electrical Engineering from the University of Plymouth. Throughout their career, they have pursued further professional development, obtaining certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Hoshin Kanri Facilitator.
