Ville Nikkola

Ville Nikkola has extensive experience in the tire and automotive industry, currently serving as the Head of Sales and Head of Automotive Business at Nokian Tyres plc since August 2017. Nikkola has led international business operations with car manufacturers and related stakeholders, while also overseeing e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives across multiple global markets. Prior roles include Head of Consumer Business Operations and Senior Business Program Manager at Nokian Tyres plc, as well as Head of Business Area, Retail at Vianor Holding Oy. Notably, Nikkola has been instrumental in the development of the 'Nokian Tyres SnapSkan' digital service. An M.Sc. graduate in Industrial Engineering and Management with a focus on Logistics from Tampere University of Technology, Nikkola's career has encompassed various leadership and management roles within logistics and product operations.
