Matthew Melewski

Matthew Melewski currently serves as the VP of Legal & Risk Management at Nokomis Energy, a position held since June 2017. In addition, Matthew owns The Boutique Firm PLC, providing general counsel to various for-profit and non-profit organizations while representing clients in legal disputes, civil rights law, and regulatory guidance. Previously, Matthew was the Chair of the Board of Trustees for Great Camp Sagamore, served as an attorney at Stinson LLP and Hunton & Williams LLP focusing on litigations and regulatory requirements, and held communication and intern roles in public service. Matthew earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Politics from New York University.
