Timothy Hsu

Timothy Hsu is a seasoned Senior Engineer at Nokomis, Inc. since October 2006, specializing in executing SBIR contracts from the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security, focusing on areas such as mathematical modeling, feature extraction, system development, and hardware testing. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh from September 2003 to June 2006, where contributions involved developing a novel wavelet-based super-resolution methodology and implementing it for patient monitoring video analysis. Earlier, as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh from January 1999 to December 2002, responsibilities included instructing and leading recitations for undergraduate and graduate courses in digital image processing and related fields.
