Amber Ruiz

Amber Ruiz has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at NOLA Lending Group, a division of Fidelity Bank, since July 2018. Previously, Amber held roles as HR Recruiter and Human Resources Assistant within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions as a Library Associate at St. Tammany Parish Library and a Human Resources Coordinator at Lowe's Companies, Inc., alongside a tenure as Recruiting Assistant at Parks Professional Placements, LLC. Amber began their career as a Stock Associate at Michaels Stores, Inc. and completed an Administrative Assistant Internship at Knights of Columbus Insurance. Amber holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management with a Concentration in Human Resource from the University of New Orleans.
