Cassandra Grabarkiewicz

Cassandra Grabarkiewicz serves as the Director of Accounting at Nolan Living, overseeing the accounts payable department, managing full cycle accounting for a portfolio of 26 properties, and implementing new software procedures. With prior experience as Controller and Senior Accountant at Dominium, and Property Accountant at MBG Property Management, Cassandra has a strong background in financial management, auditing, and supporting property-related acquisitions and rehabilitation projects. Previous roles include Accounting Assistant at SunOpta and various store management positions at Eddie Bauer, Aerosoles, and New York and Company, where significant revenue improvements were achieved. Cassandra holds an Associate of Science degree in Management Accounting from Minnesota School of Business and has also studied at Riverland Community College.
