Lindsay Phelps

Lindsay Phelps, M.A., is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and real estate sectors, currently serving as a Recruiting Specialist, Assistant Property Manager, and Leasing Consultant at Nolan Real Estate Services since September 2020. Previously, Lindsay held the position of Guest Experience Manager within the Disney Hospitality Leadership Program, overseeing front office operations at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort and leading a team of over 50 cast members to enhance guest satisfaction. Earlier experience includes roles such as Guest Services Associate at The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa, Events Coordinator at Par Excellence Hospitality Staffing, and Resident Advisor at Campus Living Villages. Lindsay Phelps holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Conrad N. Hilton College.
