Aigerim Ayatkyzy has a diverse work experience starting in 2016 as the General Manager at AutoGas Almaty, where they maintained and organized account payable records and created a structured file management system. In 2017, they worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Centras Insurance, where they assisted in managing promotional material projects and served as the point of internal communication between sales and the graphic design team. In 2018, they worked as a Junior Business Analyst at Standard Service Trade, assisting in the development of data structures and analysis of the air conditioning and ventilation market. In 2022, they started working as an Assistant Project Manager at Noldor.
