Lotte Boersma

Lotte Boersma has had a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Lotte started their career in 2006 at Reed Business Media as a Marketing Coordinator and went on to hold various roles such as Online Marketing Executive, Marketing Manager Usability, and Project Manager. In 2015, they joined Proagrica as a User Experience Manager, where they focused on developing new product concepts based on customer needs and exploring opportunities for growth. Currently, they are working at Noldus Information Technology as a UX Researcher and Team Lead.

Lotte Boersma has a diverse education background. Lotte obtained a UX Certificate from the Nielsen Norman Group in 2016. Prior to that, they attended the HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a degree in Communicatie management. In addition to their formal education, Lotte has also obtained various certifications and completed courses in fields such as UX management, project management, information visualization, and web design. Their most recent certifications include UX Senior Leadership Opleiding from UX Academy Nederland in 2023 and TMA Professional from TMA - Unieke talenten vinden en (ver)binden in 2022.
