Mitchell Anderson is a skilled professional with diverse experience in technology and management. Upon completion of their training, our _nologists go on placement into a broad range of tech roles with our hiring partners and the view to turn permanent. We provide our _nologists with full technical development and upskilling opportunities, and ongoing professional and mentoring support every step of the way. We also create bespoke courses and internal retraining programmes for non-tech employees, each tailored to the evolving needs and tech stacks of the organisations we partner with. Our CSR partners enable us to connect with talented people from disadvantaged or non-traditional backgrounds too. We work with The Prince's Trust, the National Autistic Society, Resurgo, and more to provide life-changing employment opportunities to high-potential young people.
