_nology is a tech training and talent provider. We create and deliver world-class, diverse tech talent for organisations globally. We offer entry-to-tech and retraining programmes that enable individuals to launch a rewarding new career, and deliver best-in-class Software, Cloud and QA Engineers to our hiring partners. We break down barriers so that the highest-potential individuals can pursue their goals of working in tech, regardless of their backgrounds, education, or experience. Our 12-week curriculum is centred around in-demand skills based on industry needs and client partner feedback. _nology is actively tackling the digital skills and diversity gaps by creating new and thriving talent pools for the tech sector. Upon completion of their training, our _nologists go on placement into a broad range of tech roles with our hiring partners and the view to turn permanent. We provide our _nologists with full technical development and upskilling opportunities, and ongoing professional and mentoring support every step of the way. We also create bespoke courses and internal retraining programmes for non-tech employees, each tailored to the evolving needs and tech stacks of the organisations we partner with. Our CSR partners enable us to connect with talented people from disadvantaged or non-traditional backgrounds too. We work with The Prince's Trust, the National Autistic Society, Resurgo, and more to provide life-changing employment opportunities to high-potential young people.
