Emad Hassan is an experienced professional in the field of electrical engineering and plant management, currently serving as Plant General Manager for NOMAC in Egypt since 2019, overseeing the operations and maintenance of the Benban 120 MW and Kom Ombo 200 MW solar PV plants. Previously, Emad held the position of Electrical Section Head at the Shuqaiq Thermal Power Plant in Saudi Arabia, where responsibilities included supervising electrical maintenance for a 1020 MW thermal power plant and coordinating a team for equipment maintenance. Emad's career also includes a role as Senior Electrical Engineer at Alrabiah Consulting Engineers, focusing on the supervision and commissioning of a significant water transmission system and major pumping stations in conjunction with international consulting partners. Emad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Power and Machines from Menofeia University, earned in 1989.
