Craig Dickson has extensive experience in the coffee industry, having held key leadership roles in various companies. Craig is currently the CEO of Nomad Coffee Group since joining in 2014. Before that, they served as the Managing Director at both Veneziano Coffee Roasters, starting in 2003, and Coffee Hit, where they stayed until 2016. Dickson also had a significant involvement with the Australasian Specialty Coffee Association, serving as President from 2011 to 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked at Douwe Egberts as the Business Development Manager Global Networks from 2000 to 2002 and as the National Business Manager from 1994 to 2000. Prior to that, they worked at Spotless Group as the Operations Manager- Business Services from 1990 to 1994.
Craig Dickson obtained a Bachelor of Business degree in Hotel Management and catering from Victoria University, where they studied from 1988 to 1993. In 2002 and 2003, they attended the London Business School to pursue a degree in Entrepreneurial Management. In 2017, they completed a course in Wine and Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, specifically earning the WSET Level 2 Wine and Spirits certification.
