Kaiser Pister

Kaiser Pister is the Chief Technology Officer at ALL3D, where they focus on creating data tooling. Previously, they served as a NLP Deep Learning Researcher at UC San Diego, innovating on Deep Siamese Neural Networks and developing data processing pipelines. As a co-founder and CTO of Audiodub, they contributed to significant advancements in conversational AI while leading engineering teams at Encounter AI. Kaiser is also an accomplished educator, currently teaching at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they designed the first Applied LLM course and received high student approval ratings. With a Master's degree in Computer Science from UC San Diego, they continue to influence the fields of AI and technology.
