Eva Lau

Eva Lau has extensive work experience in human resources and organization development. Eva is currently the HR Director - COE at Nomad Foods. Prior to this, they worked as the Group Head of People & OD at Howden Group Holdings from September 2020 to July 2022. From October 2017 to September 2020, they served as the Global Talent & Organisation Effectiveness Director at Costa Coffee. Eva also held the position of Director, OD / Talent at Elmi Consulting Limited from January 2014 to December 2017. Eva has worked in various other roles, including Organisation Design Lead at Travelport and Space Engineering Services Ltd. Eva has also worked at British American Tobacco, Bausch + Lomb, and The Carphone Warehouse Group in different HR and talent development positions.

Eva Lau completed their MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Surrey in 2003. In 2014, they attended Roffey Park and completed the OD Practitioner Programme.
