Tom Crossland

Tom Crossland is an experienced logistics and supply chain professional with a strong background in managing and improving processes across various organizations. Currently serving as the Group Logistics & Customs Manager at Nomad Foods since August 2021, Tom developed a strategic plan to stabilize customs processes in response to Brexit. Prior to this role, Tom was the Supply Chain Development Manager at Birds Eye UK & IE, where a comprehensive five-year strategy plan was created. Earlier experiences include positions as Supply Chain and Logistics Project Manager at Wincanton, Depot Centre Manager, and Assistant General Manager at B&Q Doncaster. Tom began a career at Sainsbury's, moving through roles including Deputy Manager and Warehouse Shift Manager, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Leeds Beckett University.
