Andrew Hicks has an extensive work experience. Andrew began their career in 2011 as a UH/AH-1 Airframes Mechanic in the United States Marine Corps. Andrew then worked their way up to become a Power Plants, Dynamic Components, Gas Turbine Engine Test Facility Officer in Charge, Detachment Aviation Maintenance Officer, Aircraft Maintenance Officer, and H-1 Aviation Safe for Flight. In 2021, Andrew moved on to become an Operations Manager at Brindlee Mountain Fire Apparatus, where they helped lead an incredible operations department to deliver excellent used fire trucks, services and refurbishments on time and under budget for the fire and emergency services, aviation, and military communities. Andrew also reshaped the structure of the operations organization to a rhythmic, priorities-based, results-driven model, contributing to the highest profitability in the 21-year company history. Andrew is currently employed as a Program Manager at Nomad Global Communication Solutions.

Andrew Hicks' education history includes attending New Saint Andrews College from 2004 to 2007, where they studied Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Andrew then attended the University of Idaho from 2007 to 2010, where they studied Health and Physical Education/Fitness.
