Colleen Alama

Colleen Alama has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Colleen started their career as an intern at Sanford Health in 2016 and subsequently worked as a Staffing Office Assistant and Supervisor of Patient Transport and Staffing Office. In 2018, they joined Profile by Sanford as an Assistant Manager and later became an Operations Manager, where they oversaw operations within the company. In 2021, they joined Spiras Health as the Director of Patient and Provider Connections. Colleen'sresponsibilities included managing connections between patients and healthcare providers. In 2022, they joined Nomad Health as a Senior Operations Manager, and later became the Director of Operations, where they provided strategic leadership and oversaw operations. Currently, they serve as the Director of Business Process Optimization at Nomad Health, leading the development of comprehensive workflow solutions and utilizing data-driven insights for business improvement. Colleen is experienced in process optimization, change management, and fostering collaboration among diverse teams.
