Thomas Zimmermann

Thomas Zimmermann is an accomplished business executive with a diverse background in food and hospitality management. Currently serving as Associé gérant at Velcroc and L'Ascensoir, Thomas is involved in innovative concepts such as a bicycle bistro and an event venue. Notably, as a co-founder of Nomad Kitchens, Lyon Street Food Festival, and Food Trucks Gourmets, Thomas has played a significant role in the street food movement in Lyon. Previous experience includes high-level positions at FAUCHON Paris, Daum-Lalique-Haviland, and ALTIOS International, where Thomas demonstrated expertise in P&L management and brand growth across Asia-Pacific markets. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business from EM Lyon Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Law from Jean Moulin University.
