Marcos Vinícius Costa has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Marcos Vinícius began their career as a Vendedor and then progressed to become a Supervisor de Vendas at KR Gráfica & Comunicação Visual from July 2006 to October 2008. Marcos Vinícius was employed at LATAM Airlines from June 2012 to April 2017.

Subsequently, Marcos worked as an Analista Customer Service at Decolar from July 2018 to March 2020. Their responsibilities included post-sales analysis and support, follow-up of services at destinations, handling special requests and exceptions.

From February 2021 to April 2022, Marcos worked at QuintoAndar, where they held the role of Analista de Operações e Processos. Marcos Vinícius was involved in conducting training, creating informative materials, analyzing and improving the customer experience for new clients, identifying gaps and opportunities to enhance engagement.

Most recently, Marcos joined Nomad in January 2023 as a Customer Experience Specialist, where they are currently employed.

Marcos Vinícius Costa pursued their education in the field of Marketing. Marcos Vinícius completed their undergraduate degree in Marketing at Universidade São Judas Tadeu.
