Renan Amorim

Renan Amorim has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Site Reliability Engineering and Systems Engineering. Renan is currently working at Nomad as a Site Reliability Engineer Specialist. Prior to that, they worked at Loggi as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer from June 2021 to December 2022.

Renan also held the position of a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at PagSeguro PagBank, where they were responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency and fault tolerance of microservices related to electronic payments and banking. Renan worked on projects related to financial capture and Core Banking.

Renan has also acquired expertise in various technologies and tools such as AWS, CI/CD automation, container orchestrations, and configuration management.

Renan Amorim completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Colégio Adventista do Tucuruvi from 2011 to 2013, although the degree and field of study for that period are unknown. In addition to their formal education, Renan has obtained several certifications, including "Big Data & Analytics" from FIAP in December 2021, "Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate" from CertiProf in June 2020, and "AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate" from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2022.
