Mia Helminiak has been working in the professional world since 2014. Mia began their career as the Director of Special Events and Catering at Bella Vista Social Club & Caffé. In 2015, they took on two roles simultaneously, Plant-Based Chef and Founder at CÓMO COMER and Events Lead & Customer Service Manager at Fit Company Institute. In 2019, they were appointed Director Of Community Engagement and Director of Customer Experience at Nomadix.
Mia Helminiak began their educational journey in 2010 when they attended San Diego Mesa College and earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Hospitality Administration/Management in 2014. In 2016, they furthered their education by completing the Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate Program at Cornell University in the field of Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies, General.
