Cath Wilson

Cath Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Cath currently holds the position of People Director at Nomensa since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked as an Exec/Development Coach & HR Consultant at 720 CONSULTING LIMITED from November 2014 onwards. From January 2019 to September 2020, they served as the Head of Human Resources at Oxford Policy Management. Before that, Cath was an Associate Consultant, Coach & Mentor at You HR Consultancy Ltd from November 2017 to October 2019. Cath also worked as an Associate Career Coach (MBA) at Henley Business School from September 2016 to December 2018. From September 2013 to December 2018, Cath worked as a Career Coach at Greenfields Consultancy, where they were also a facilitator on Greenfields' Coach Development Training Programmes. Cath was a Tutor, CIPD at Abingdon and Witney College from November 2015 to July 2018. Prior to this, they served as an HR Consultant & Interim HR Head at hexagon hr from February 2013 to November 2014. Cath also has significant experience at Oxford Instruments, where they held various positions including Group HR Manager, Projects from January 2011 to January 2013, HR Director from March 2008 to January 2011, and HR Project Manager from November 2004 to March 2008. Cath started their HR management career as an HR Manager at Oxford Instruments Medical from August 2003 to October 2004.

Cath Wilson has a diverse education history. In 1995, they enrolled at Oxford Brookes University and completed their Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Business Administration in 1998. Continuing their education, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources and Development at Oxford Brookes University from 1999 to 2001.
