Anne Passy

Anne Passy is currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Rail Logistics Europe. Prior to this, Anne worked as a lawyer at NOMOS and held the position of Juriste Droit des affaires et des Contrats at SNCF Mobilites. Anne has extensive experience in providing legal assistance and advice on various corporate operations, acquisitions, contract negotiations, and restructuring. Anne holds a Master of Laws degree in corporate law and antitrust from New York University School of Law.
