David Markworth

David Markworth currently serves as Chief Editor for the journal "Zeitschrift für das Recht der Personengesellschaften und Einzelunternehmen" at Nomos Verlagsgesellschaft since November 2022. Concurrently, David Markworth holds the position of Senior Academic Researcher and Post-Doc at the Universität zu Köln's Institute for Labour and Business Law since September 2013, where additional responsibilities include lecturing in the LL.M program. Previous experience includes a role as Graduate Research Assistant at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from February to August 2013. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford (2021-2022), a promotion in Law from the University of Cologne (2013-2015), and a first legal examination in Law from The University of Freiburg (2008-2013), alongside an ASSIST scholarship for international students at ASSIST American Secondary Schools for International Students and Teachers (2005-2006) and a junior year at Montgomery Bell Academy (2005-2006).
