1. No Sugar – sweetening naturally with NO sugar, incl. no sugar by other names (e.g. coconut sugar, agave, dates). NOMOSU products are ALL either sugar-free (<0.5g/100g) or contain naturally occurring trace sugars (eg. in almonds, all <5g/100g). 
2. Taste – objectively delicious – cell taste receptor science and meticulous culinary art has created the world’s only taste award winning, sugar free confections.
3. Scientific rigor – we apply metabolic science and conduct intestinal function research to create health-enhancing products.
