Fitri Shariff

Fitri Shariff is an experienced professional with a background in merchant support and integration management, currently serving as Manager of Merchant Support at Nomupay since August 2025. Previously held the role of Senior Merchant Integration Lead at ShopBack, where effective leadership of a regional team and collaboration with diverse stakeholders facilitated successful merchant and partner integrations. Participation in the Axiata Young CEO Development Program honed leadership skills through exposure to strategic business challenges and mentorship. Earlier career experiences include leading partner onboarding at Boost Connect and serving as an Operation & Support Engineer at APIS Consulting, demonstrating a strong technical and operational expertise in integration challenges. Fitri holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the International Islamic University Malaysia, complementing a solid foundation in technical and leadership development.
